What it is
A patient guide who lives next to your screen
The Moroccan Genie is an animated character (an older Moroccan genie with a red knitted cap, a grey moustache and a blue smoke tail) powered by real-time voice AI. Instead of reading long tutorials, you tell him what you want to do. He understands the page you are on and shows you the way, with a good sense of humour.
He understands the page
He reads the buttons, menus and labels of the page, never your passwords or what you type, and only takes a screenshot when he really needs to look.
He shows, he doesn’t lecture
He flies to the right button, points at it and draws a glowing ring around it. Wrong click? He tells you. Task done? He celebrates with you.

Privacy & safety
Built so that you stay in control
A helper that sees your screen has to earn your trust. Here is how the Genie does it.
No permanent key in your browser
The AI key stays encrypted on the server. Your browser only receives a short-lived, single-use token, with the Genie’s instructions locked in.
Sensitive fields masked
Password, payment and one-time-code fields are never read or typed. Emails, phone numbers and card numbers are masked before anything leaves your browser.
Confirmation before risky actions
In assist mode he asks before every action. Buying, deleting, sending or changing a password needs a tap on his own Yes button.
Screenshots only when needed
He looks at the page structure first. Screenshots are optional, limited, and never taken on sensitive sites such as webmail and messaging.
Your data, your rules
Transcripts and history are kept only if you allow it and deleted automatically after a while, and you can erase everything from your privacy center.
Encrypted and audited
Keys and secrets are encrypted at rest, and sensitive changes are written to an audit log.

Questions we often hear
Does he really understand Darija?
Yes. Talk to him the way you talk at home: Darija with French words, Arabic, or all three at once. He answers in Darija by default, or in the language you pick.
Does he work on Moroccan websites?
Yes, on any website in Chrome: online administration, your online store (Shopify, WooCommerce or any other platform), marketplaces and social networks. With the Windows app he also explains any software on your computer. For your own website, one line of code is enough.
How much does it cost to join the beta?
Nothing: joining the beta is free. Beta testers get new features first and a direct line to the team.
Which languages does he speak?
Moroccan Darija, Arabic, French and English. You can mix them in the same sentence, like we all do.
Does he click for me?
Only in assist mode, and only after you approve each action. In guide mode (the default), on websites and in the Windows app, he only points and explains: you click.
Can he see my passwords or bank details?
No. Password, payment and one-time-code fields are never read or typed, and card numbers, emails and phone numbers are masked before anything leaves your browser.
Where can I use him?
On your computer: in any software with the Windows app, and on any website with the Chrome extension for Google Chrome. And on every website that adds him for its visitors (the WordPress plugin or one line of code), phones included.
Can I put him on my online store?
Yes: your online store (Shopify, WooCommerce or any other platform) only needs one line of code, and WordPress sites have a plugin. Give him skills about your products, delivery times and returns, and he answers your visitors.
Is the Genie a real person?
No. The Moroccan Genie is an original fictional character. A character may show a real person only with their permission, and always presents itself as an AI version of them.
What do you do with my sign-up details?
We only use them to contact you about the beta. We never store your IP address, only a coded fingerprint of it, to prevent abuse. Ask us at any time and we delete everything.
